Read, Think, DO !

A truly life changing and eye opening experience has occurred. An experience that i do not wish to write about as i believe its not right and those words should not be put down in such a way, now i'm sure throughout this you will figure it out and if not it is not needed to get my message. Its a tragic event that should not take place in order to realize how serious bullying is and what repercussions come along with it.

The need for somebody to feel so ashamed of themselves to the point that they feel the only way to survive in this cruel world is to exempt themselves is absolutely horrific and something has to be done! I believe that big talk means nothing and small actions mean everything.

I have spoken to several people today and they have all said that I can't do anything more than i already do, its just not realistic but there is a part of me that does believe that but majority not so i an determine to do something, to start something. To stop this vicious cycle.

As you read this i want you to be honest with yourself, have to ever bullied someone knowing they felt degraded by it and yet still continued? If so answer yourself this - Why ? What was the point? Was it worth it? Did you get the satisfaction of knowing you ruined somebody's day or even week?

I want it all to stop! It makes me sick just thinking about it and I intend to do something and starting with one person at a time. i want every single person reading this to do at least one good deed a day that could be as small as telling someone that they look good. I promise it will make that persons day so much better and its honestly not that hard, but if you for whatever reason do find it hard i want you to refrain yourself from saying that nasty comment and say nothing at all just to save the hurt you will put that person through.

And all this 'it was just a joke' rubbish is absolute nonsense! It is not a joke for the one being picked on but they are too ashamed to say otherwise so they go along with it until they can't handle it anymore and they want to end everything. So please think before you do!

Remember people aren't as strong as you and you don't know what going on in their life so i beg you to be kind and now i know many of you will think i'm being a fool and won't want to listen but for all you that know what has happened you will realize how critical this is and i cannot stress about it enough.

I just want to take this time to thank everyone who has supported me throughout my life and i truly appreciate it everything you have all done for me! I also want to say if i have ever offend anyone i am terribly sorry and should not have done so even if unintentional.
